  Modern feeling hotel with a lot to offer including a lakeside view of Lake Mille Lacs, a bar/grill, comfortable lounging area and nice and cleanly rooms.

  Nicely done. Beautiful location. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We've stayed twice, and both rooms were clean and new. The restaurant serves wonderfully conceived, perfectly seasoned (aka, tasty!) food. On the lake-side, the views are magnificent, with a drop-dead gorgeous sunset. We will go back!

  This is the worst travel experience I have ever had. I had the misfortune of staying in room 101. This happens to be the room about 3 feet from the lobby. All night long drunken people were stumbling in and out and playing very loudly a large game of jenga. When I complained, they were not ask to keep the noise down. I asked to switch rooms, but the night clerk couldn't. So in the morning I tried to ask the clerk at the desk to switch, but they couldn't until a supervisor got in. When I finally reached the manager, he was not polite at all and treated me as a nuisance. They did not care at all. All of the charm and peace and quiet is gone from this once favorite hotel.

  Came in for a drink and appetizers last Sunday and waitress wasn't in any hurry to get us drinks or food. Wasn't busy in there waiting had poor lazy attitude, messed up our drink order and brought us the worse wings I've had. Not sure if they were cheap wings with no meat on them or overcooked. BBQ flavor was good just no meat. Drinks were good but service sucked.
